Nostrano Val Trompia

Nostrano Val Trompia is a hard, semi-fat cheese produced throughout the year. It is made from raw milk with the addition of saffron. It is cylindrical with a diameter of 30 to 45 cm and is straw-colored. Matures in a minimum of 12 months.
